The 16th Century Luxury House sits side by side on the banks of the River Dee in the centre of the Welsh market town of Llangollen. Including private garden with beautiful views overlooking the River Dee. The property offers two large lounges with a log burner, fibre high speed internet, and flat screen tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video connected.

All bedrooms are beautifully furnished and include a 32-inch flat-screen TV with built-in DVD - a library of DVDs is available at the property.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen available for guests to cook their own food.

A lockable garage suitable for one vehicle is available near the property.

Among local attractions are the Llangollen steam railway, which runs over 7 miles up to Carrog village. Chirk Castle, thought to date back to the 13th century, is just over 6 miles away
